Yes. Globeia Incorporated in Scarborough, Toronto, holds RCMP accreditation and is authorized to electronically submit fingerprints to the RCMP’s RTID system on behalf of applicants.

What is LiveScan fingerprinting?
LiveScan is a high-definition electronic fingerprinting system that captures fingerprint impressions digitally without the use of ink. It is the standard method used for RCMP Criminal Record Check submissions in Canada and produces the most accurate fingerprint images for RCMP processing. Globeia uses LiveScan technology at our Toronto office for all RCMP submissions.
What ID do I need to bring?
Two pieces of valid ID are required, of which one must be a photo ID containing your signature. Accepted IDs include: Passport, Driver's Licence, PR Card, Canadian Citizenship Card, Certificate of Indian Status, Student ID, Work Permit, Military Family ID, and government-issued ID cards.
How long does the in-office fingerprinting process take?
The fingerprint capture and C-216C form completion process takes under 10 -30 minutes if an appointment is booked at our Scarborough, Toronto office.
When does Globeia submit my fingerprints to the RCMP?
Globeia electronically submits fingerprints to the RCMP the same day as your appointment.
How long does the RCMP take to process fingerprints?
RCMP processing ranges from 3 to 120 business days from the date fingerprints are received and accepted. Processing time is determined solely by the RCMP. Results are mailed directly to the address provided on your application. If a potential criminal record match is identified, processing may extend up to 120 business days.
What is an RCMP Criminal Record Check?
An RCMP Criminal Record Check is a fingerprint-based search of Canada’s national criminal records database maintained by CCRTIS - the RCMP’s Canadian Criminal Real Time Identification Services. It is commonly required for immigration, employment, legal proceedings, licensing, and international applications.
Do you provide Vulnerable Sector Checks?
Globeia does not issue Vulnerable Sector Checks directly. However, if fingerprinting is required as part of the process, we can capture and submit your fingerprints. Please bring the request letter issued to you. Results are sent directly to the requesting Toronto Police Service division.
Do you provide Apostille, Authentication, and Translation Services?
Yes. Globeia coordinates apostille services through Global Affairs Canada, certified translations, authentication, and legalization services for RCMP certificates and other official documents. All services are managed through our Scarborough, Toronto office.
