One trip across Jakarta. Then another.
- Week 1Across town to Kelapa Gading
Adrian travels across Jakarta for fingerprinting. The provider takes his FD-258 and sends it without checking the impressions.
- Week 6The fingerprints cannot be processed
The submission does not produce a usable result. Adrian needs a new set of fingerprints, another appointment, and another courier.
- Week 8Back for a second set
Adrian returns for fresh fingerprints and sends the new FD-258 to the U.S. He now has another wait before the FBI can process his application.
- Week 15His FBI result finally arrives
The Background Check is complete, but his KITAS file also requires an apostille. Adrian now has to arrange the U.S. authentication step separately.
- Week 20The translation needs fixing too
The Indonesian translation was not completed by a penerjemah tersumpah. Adrian arranges a new translation and spends more time coordinating documents.
- Week 23His KITAS file is finally ready
One failed fingerprint submission led to another appointment, more courier costs, and several extra weeks of coordination.
His Kemang apartment. One visit. One coordinated file.
- Day 1Fingerprinting at home
A Globeia associate takes Adrian's FD-258 at his apartment. Each impression is checked before the appointment ends.
- Week 1Straight to our U.S. team
The card reaches Globeia Inc. in the USA. Our team handles the FBI submission, and Adrian tracks the file in Globeia SmartPortal.
- Week 4The FBI result arrives
Adrian receives his completed FBI Background Check. The next document step can now begin.
- Week 6Apostille is arranged
Globeia coordinates the U.S. apostille for the completed FBI document.
- Week 7Sworn translation follows.
A penerjemah tersumpah translates the apostilled document into Indonesian.
- Week 7Ready for his KITAS file
One invoice. One coordinated file. Adrian has his FBI Background Check, apostille, and sworn Indonesian translation ready for submission.
