Two Bali appointments. Two separate timelines.
- Week 1Luke rides to Denpasar
A local provider takes his fingerprints. Tessa stays in Ubud with their son and books a separate appointment.
- Week 5The Canadian card is wrong
Luke's provider completes the FBI card but not the required C-216C. He needs another appointment in Denpasar.
- Week 10Two files, two couriers.
Their fingerprint cards are shipped separately. One reaches the U.S. provider. The other takes longer to reach Canada.
- Week 18Their results arrive weeks apart
Luke has his FBI and RCMP results. Tessa is still waiting for her Canadian check to finish.
- Week 24Their Australian file is still incomplete
They cannot submit the full set of clearances together. Luke and Tessa now have to coordinate another round of documents before lodging their PR application.
