Three questions to ask any fingerprinting provider

  1. Where is my FBI application sent from, and who checks the card before it leaves Kenya?

    Globeia Inc. in Washington, DC submits it to the FBI CJIS Division from inside the United States, after a trained associate in Kenya has reviewed every impression on your FD-258 or FD-1164 card.

  2. Kenya does not accept apostilles. Who arranges the authentication and the embassy legalisation?

    Our own offices, in order For an FBI result: U.S. Department of State authentication, then legalisation at the Embassy of Kenya in Washington, DC. For an RCMP result: Global Affairs Canada authentication, then legalisation at the Embassy of Kenya in Ottawa. Where the Department of Immigration Services also expects a stamp from Kenya's foreign ministry, we tell you before you pay.

  3. Who will actually take my fingerprints in Kenya?

    A trained Globeia associate visits your home, office or hotel, first in Nairobi, Westlands, Gigiri and Runda, checks your face against your government ID and reviews every impression before the card leaves. While we launch, each visit is confirmed in writing, with its date and estimate, before you pay.

A fingerprint card taken without reference to the authority's standards is just ink on paper: the wrong card stock, a missing rolled impression or an empty "taken by" box, and the application comes back weeks later. Our associates are trained on exactly those criteria.

What happens before and during the visit, so there are no surprises

  2. 2A reminder the day before, with a direct contact for the associate on the day.
  3. 3Change the time if you need to. We ask only for reasonable notice; the terms are in your confirmation.

RCMP Accreditation & Processing Disclaimer

RCMP accreditation is held exclusively by Globeia Incorporated in Toronto, Canada. Globeia in Kenya is not RCMP-accredited, and Globeia is not endorsed by the RCMP, the FBI, FINRA, or any government authority. Fingerprints for the RCMP Criminal Record Check are collected in ink on the official C-216C form and mailed to Globeia Incorporated in Toronto, which submits them to the RCMP. All Criminal Record Checks, FBI Identity History Summaries and regulatory results are issued directly by the respective authority, not Globeia.

One clearance, two ways to get it
