Contact your local county’s registrar to obtain your marriage certificate in Texas
Photocopies and notarized copies of marriage certificates are not accepted for apostille
Fill out and complete the Texas Secretary of State’s Form #2102 with your details
Add the name of the country where you plan on using your apostilled marriage certificate
Pay the fee and mail your application to the SOS office in Austin along with your original certificate
