  • Why is it needed: Required for Express Entry, provincial nominee programmes, Canadian PR, Work, and Immigration Applications, family sponsorship, and Canadian employment screening issued directly by the RCMP.

  • Globeia Auckland is not accredited by the RCMP. RCMP accreditation is held exclusively by Globeia Incorporated in Toronto, Canada. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police does not accredit private fingerprinting companies outside of Canada and has no relationship with Globeia Auckland.

    Book your fingerprinting session online using Globeia's SmartPortal. Choose a convenient date, time, and location anywhere across Auckland - from Central City to North Shore, we serve all areas.     Step 2: A Trained Associate Visits You
    A trained Globeia associate arrives at your home, office, or preferred location across Auckland, with the complete setup - the correct official card for your destination authority, the ink equipment, and the identity verification materials.

    You do not need to source anything separately. Two valid forms of identification are required. At least one must be a government-issued photo ID carrying your full name, date of birth, photograph, and signature - a passport or driver's licence both qualify.

    Step 3: Ink Fingerprints Captured and Letter of Identity Verification Issued
    Fingerprints are taken using the ink-and-roll method on the correct official card. The associate reviews each impression before moving to the next. Clarity, completeness, ridge definition, anything below standard is retaken on the spot. Once every impression passes, the card is sealed for international courier.

    Once fingerprints pass the on-site review, you receive a Globeia Letter of Identity Verification - documenting that your prints were collected under verified, protocol-compliant conditions.

    The Letter of Identity Verification is a Globeia document and is not a government-issued certificate. It is not issued by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the RCMP, the FBI, or any government authority.

    Step 4: Cards Sealed and Submitted Through the Correct Office Abroad
    Completed cards are sealed and couriered to the appropriate office abroad:

  • RCMP Criminal Record Check: Cards couriered to Globeia Incorporated in Toronto - the RCMP-accredited office -which digitizes and submits them to the RCMP's RTID system from within Canada. The RCMP independently processes the submission and issues the Criminal Record Check directly.
  • FBI Identity History Summary: Cards couriered to Globeia Inc. in USA for onward submission to the FBI. The FBI independently processes the submission and issues the Identity History Summary directly.
  • Other international submissions: Cards routed through Globeia's international network to the relevant receiving authority. From this point, processing is controlled entirely by the relevant authority. SmartPortal tracking covers courier handoff, card receipt at the office abroad, and submission confirmation.

    Step 5: Apostille Coordination and Certified Translation (Optional)
    If your other documents require apostille coordination or certified translation, these are managed in parallel. Apostille requests are submitted to the relevant competent government authority based on the document's origin. Translation is certified to confirm accuracy relative to the original.

    Please note that Globeia does not directly apostille official government documents and does not perform apostille services on behalf of any government authority. All apostille and authentication requests are submitted by our company to the designated competent government authority on your behalf.

    Once the RCMP, FBI, or relevant authority has processed the submission and issued the result, it is delivered to you as per your chosen method - online, Auckland address, or shipped internationally via tracked courier. Results are issued directly by the authority - not by Globeia.
